Student visits to Phil's principal's office were designed to be positive, affirmative experiences that always included lessons in responsibility and effective communication.

The skills gained by Phil through his undergraduate business degree major in accountancy served him well as a school administrator, and he uses these daily in his private life.

Among our most important life skills are those of effective communication, and Phil was fortunate to learn these skills from a master teacher, and to practice them daily.
